Enquiries via our website
You can contact us through several forms on this website. Each form tells you which fields are required; you confirm with a tick box that we may store your data to deal with your request.
With every request we also record the page it was sent from and the time. We use this data only to answer your request and to contact you about it. We do not use it for newsletters or advertising. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures); flagging manufacturer domains is based on our legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail to info@ultra-filter.de.
How your request reaches us
Your request is forwarded by e-mail to our sales team (info@ultra-filter.de) using Microsoft 365. Requests from the contact form and the distributor application are additionally stored in a database (Supabase) so that no request is lost.
Server log files
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically collects technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) in server log files. This data is used exclusively for technical analysis and troubleshooting and is deleted after 30 days at the latest. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Fonts and scripts
Our fonts are hosted on our own server; no connection to Google is made. Some pages load program libraries from content delivery networks (cdnjs.cloudflare.com, cdn.jsdelivr.net). When this happens your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider for technical reasons. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and fast delivery of the website).
We do not pass on your data to third parties for their own purposes. We use the following processors, with whom data-processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place:
Where a provider is based outside the EU/EEA (in particular the USA), data is transferred on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.
This website does not use tracking cookies or Google Analytics. Only technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website are used.
We store your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated or as required by statutory retention obligations. Website enquiries are deleted after 24 months unless a business relationship is established or statutory retention periods apply.
