What it is: Hydrophilic PVDF serial-layer 0.65/0.45 µm bioburden-reduction filter. Validated removal of Serratia marcescens (ATCC 14756) with typical TR >10⁶. Serial-layer construction gives high throughput compared with other 0.45 µm filters.

Use for: Pre-sterilizing bioburden reduction ahead of 0.2 µm sterilizing (DFL). Viscous fluid filtration where 0.45 µm cut is enough. Protein recovery from heavy/dirty streams ahead of final sterilizing.
