Air duty — inputs
P-EG stainless steel — compressed air, technical gas & steam. 16 bar (≤0192), 200 °C, 18 sizes.
Nm³/h
Free-air / norm volume flow at 1.013 bar, 20 °C (as stated on your compressor / FAD rating). We convert to operating conditions internally.
bar g
Gauge pressure at the filter (read off your pressure gauge). We add 1.013 bar internally for the calculation.
°C
Air temperature at the filter location.
bar
Maximum acceptable pressure drop across a new clean element. The tool picks the smallest P-EG housing — and works out how many P-SRF cartridges it needs — to stay under this limit.
P-SRF is the wound borosilicate depth element (the standard). P-SRF N is the pleated borosilicate element with 0.86 m² filtration area per 10″ element, so a clearly lower ΔP at the same flow. Each has its own ΔP data and article numbers.
