Every gas, steam, water and product contact on a juice line — from RO water to the filling head — is a contamination event waiting to happen. We supply the filters that close every one of those gaps.
Off-flavour · oxidised juice · recalled batch · a reputation that took decades to build.
Juice processing is a sequence of contact events from incoming water to the instant the bottle, carton or pouch is sealed. Process water carries bioburden. Culinary steam carries pipe-scale. The N₂ tank blanket sits directly on the juice surface. Compressed air drives bottle-blowing and conveying. The filling head is the last unprotected point before the consumer.
Ultrafilter supplies filtration to juice lines — sterile P-SRF depth elements (0.2 µm, min. 100 sterilisation cycles) for tank-blanket and fill gas, P-GS VE sintered stainless for culinary steam and SIP/CIP, PF-PES 0.2 µm PES membranes and PF-PP food-contact pre-filters for process water, and FF coalescing elements for oil removal in compressed air. FDA 21 CFR per product DoC; EC 1935/2004 for P-SRF elements. Every element ships with its datasheet and food-contact Declaration of Conformity; sterile elements also with integrity-test record and validation guide.
Every filtration duty in your plant is covered by one of these product families. Each ships with its datasheet and food-contact Declaration of Conformity; sterile elements also with a validation guide.

In-line sterile air and N₂ / CO₂ tank-blanket gas for blending, storage and filling. 0.2 µm absolute, min. 100 sterilisation cycles.

Sintered stainless for culinary steam and SIP/CIP. Welded end caps, to 210 °C; culinary-grade to 1 µm.

PES 0.2 µm membrane for process water. EC directives for food contact.

Polypropylene food-contact pre-filter for RO protection. Depth filter, not sterilising-grade.

Fine coalescing element for utility and conveying air. Residual oil < 0.1 mg/m³ (ISO 12500-1).
Every element carries the paperwork your QA and production teams need before it ever contacts your process gas or product stream.
Send us a P&ID, a flow rate, or just the duty — process water, culinary steam, tank-blanket gas, juice clarification or fill-head sterile air. We size the train, specify the elements and supply the documentation.
